Chairman's Message
When we founded Allied Projects Development (APD), I had a clear vision: to bring together decades of engineering, procurement, and construction experience and use it to support the UAE’s energy and industrial future.
Together, our founding team and leadership bring more than 30 years of combined experience delivering complex projects across the oil & gas, downstream petrochemical, and energy sectors in multiple countries. This experience was earned on real projects, under demanding conditions, where sound judgment, technical expertise, and decisive execution mattered every day.
Throughout my career, I have learned that the difference between a project that is merely completed and one that truly earns a client’s trust is rarely the size of the company behind it. The difference is discipline — discipline in engineering, safety, execution, communication, and accountability, especially when challenges arise.
That discipline is the foundation of APD.
From the beginning, we have built our company on the belief that bankability, reliability, and trust cannot simply be claimed; they must be demonstrated through consistent performance, project after project.
The UAE and the wider region are entering an important new chapter, driven by continued investment in energy transition, downstream petrochemicals, and industrial infrastructure. Our clients need partners who can move confidently from feasibility and engineering through procurement, construction, and commissioning, while protecting quality, safety, schedule, and cost at every stage. This is the responsibility APD has been established to fulfil.
We combine international engineering and project execution standards with a deep understanding of the regional environment. This enables us to deliver solutions that are technically robust, commercially responsible, and aligned with our clients’ long-term objectives.
Above all, APD is defined by its people. I expect every engineer, project manager, procurement specialist, and site professional to understand that their name is reflected in the outcome of every project. That sense of ownership creates the culture of accountability, excellence, and commitment that I am proud to lead.
As we grow, I will continue to measure our success not only by the projects we deliver, but also by the trust we earn, the relationships we strengthen, and the long-term partnerships we build.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Allied Projects Development. I look forward with confidence to the opportunities ahead and to the partnerships that will define APD’s next chapter.

A Message from Our Chairman
When we founded Allied Projects Development, we did so with a clear intention: to bring together decades of hard-won engineering, procurement, and construction experience under one roof, and to put that experience to work for the UAE’s energy and industrial future. Between our founding team and the leadership that guides APD today, we carry more than 30 years of combined experience delivering complex projects across the oil and gas, downstream petrochemical, and energy sectors in multiple countries — experience earned on real sites, under real pressure, solving real problems. I have spent my career watching what separates a project that merely gets finished from one that genuinely earns a client’s trust. It is rarely the size of the company behind it. It is discipline — in engineering, in safety, in how honestly a team communicates when something goes wrong. That discipline is what we have tried to build into APD from day one, even as a young company, because bankability is not something you announce. It is something you prove, project after project. Our region is entering a demanding new chapter. The UAE’s continued investment in energy transition, downstream petrochemical capacity, and industrial infrastructure means our clients need partners who can move from feasibility to commissioning without losing quality, schedule, or budget along the way. That is exactly the gap APD exists to fill, drawing on international standards and regional insight in equal measure. None of this is possible without our people. Every engineer, project manager, procurement specialist, and site professional at APD understands that their name is on the outcome, and I am proud of the culture of ownership that creates. As we grow, we will keep measuring our success the way I always have: not only in the structures we complete, but in the trust we earn along the way. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Allied Projects Development. I look forward to the projects ahead, and to the partnerships that will define our next chapter.
