Polish Oil & Gas (EWT Facility—Rehman Gas Field)

Scope: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC)
Capacity: 15 MMscfd Extended Well Test (EWT) Facility
Polish Oil & Gas Company (POGC), headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, awarded APD Engineering the EPCC contract to design, install, and operate a 15 MMscfd EWT facility. The facility’s primary objective is to produce and process gas from the Rehman I and Hallel X-1 wells, meeting the specifications of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL).

Yara Pilbara Fertilizers operates one of the world’s largest ammonia plants, located in North-West Western Australia. Since 2005, APD Engineering has been a trusted partner in providing comprehensive maintenance solutions, securing long-term contracts, and successfully executing critical shutdowns.

Effluent Treatment Plant – Design, Supervision & Quality Assurance
Project Overview
APD Engineering was entrusted with the design, construction supervision, and quality management of a state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). The project aimed to develop a sustainable and efficient wastewater treatment system that ensures compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
Engineering & Design
The project involved the detailed design of critical components, including treatment ponds for primary wastewater treatment, a screen house for debris and solid waste filtration, equalization and settling tanks for wastewater stabilization and sedimentation, a pump house and embankments for efficient water flow management, and sludge disposal lagoons for safe and compliant waste handling.
Construction Supervision
APD Engineering provided on-site monitoring and supervision of all civil, mechanical, and structural works. The team ensured seamless coordination with contractors and stakeholders, maintaining strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the construction phase.
Quality Assurance & Control
