How It All Began
Allied Projects Development traces its roots to a respected Australian-owned group headquartered in Perth. What began in 2000 as a specialist service provider in Western Australia has grown into a multi-regional operation with an established footprint across the Far East, the Subcontinent, and the Middle East. Over time, the business evolved from operations and mechanical maintenance into full-spectrum construction delivery and lifecycle support for complex industrial and infrastructure assets.
Today, Allied Projects Development (APD)—established in 2025 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates—delivers specialist Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (MEI) construction, alongside Operations and Maintenance (O&M), asset management, shutdowns, turnarounds, and related site services. We support clients from installation and commissioning through long-term reliability, performance, and asset value protection. Working closely with design and engineering partners, we translate intent into site-ready execution, disciplined handover, and dependable operations.
